NEW Entry Fee is 125.00 per team, this will help buy softballs and any other material to run the Tournament. The remainder will be paid to at least 1st and 2nd place. And depending on numbers possibly 3rd place as well. Extra money to help purchase a new monster net.
The dates are July 13-15. We will conclude Saturday night. We will play Wednesday night if we need to.
A trophy will be presented to the winner and also cash payouts to 1st-3rd places depending on number of teams entered.
Please enclose a check, money order or cash with checks made out to Stanhope Lions Club, and this form by July 2 and mail to:

No late entries accepted unless you talk to me prior. That way I can get the schedule done and out in a timely manner.
We hope to have the outfield fence covered with sponsors again this year, so it you have a sponsor get that to me by e-mail troyjohn@netns.net or call (515)826-3253.

We will need to know when you can play, can’t always guarantee, but will try to accommodate if I can. We want to limit trips with gas so expensive you may play more than one game a night.
Co-ed Bracket only. (7 guys 3 girls)
Please keep in mind that this is for fun and bad sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated, any act can lead to player or the whole team being ejected and if the team is you will not receive your entry fee back.
We also do NOT allow alcohol in the city park, so that can be punishable by the law.
Your entry fee will NOT be returned if your team gets thrown out of the tournament.
